Payment Policy

To lose someone you love is a devastating experience.  It can be very traumatic and seriously impair your judgment.  We believe it is important to recognize and celebrate a life and will assist your family in arranging an appropriate service to meet your individual needs.

It is also very important to be realistic in regard to funeral expenses.  We do not want a family to spend more than they should nor less than they would like.  What is important is that funeral arrangements are kept within a family’s wishes and budget.  

Payment in full is respectfully requested for all funeral merchandise and services selected within 24 hours prior to services being performed.

Acceptable Methods of Payment

To assist you in meeting these payment requirements, we offer the following payment alternatives.

  • Option 1: Assignment of verifiable life insurance.
    Many families elect to have life insurance cover all of the expenses saving you and your family from having to come up with any money out of pocket.
  • Option 2: Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order
  • Option 3: Pre-funded funeral arrangements
  • Option 4: Credit Card payment.
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. To Accept Credit Card for payment, there will be a processing fee of 2% of the total amount processed through the credit card.

Estate Payment Policy

We request that payment be made by you and then you be reimbursed by the deceased’s estate when the estate is final.

Default of Payment

In the event the account is not paid in full the signing parties are responsible for the full payment plus 2% compounding monthly interest, and all costs of collection, whether an action be brought or not.

These expenses must be taken care of 24 hours prior to commencement of services. in order to be fair to each family we are called upon to serve, there are no exceptions to this policy.
