Since 1856, our funeral home in Lexington, MO, has been humbly serving our community, providing upscale, traditional, and elegant funeral services for families of all kinds. Then called the Winkler Furniture Company, the undertaking portion of the facility was born out of a disaster — the explosion of the steamboat Saluda. Seeing a need to serve the community of Lexington, the brothers formed the Winkler Funeral Home. Over the course of the past century, our family has changed and grown, and so too has our funeral home, becoming what it is today.
