VIRGINIA MAY RODENBERG DIECKMAN Virginia May Rodenberg Dieckman, 84, of Napoleon, MO passed away Thursday, August 12, 2010. Virginia May Rodenberg was born May 15, 1926 in Napoleon, MO, the daughter of Alfred Herman and Selma Albertina Czeschin Rodenberg. She married Donald Armin Dieckman on April 4, 1948 at Levasy, MO. Mrs. Dieckman was a Registered Nurse and was employed at Independence Regional Hospital for many years. She served in the U.S. Army Nursing Corp during WWII. Virginia was a member of St. Paul Church in Napoleon. There are two children surviving: Sharon Kay Wolf and husband, Terry, Wildwood, MO and Kevin Herman Dieckman and wife, Susie, of Wellington, MO. There are 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald, on March 3, 1978, and a son, Keith Alfred Dieckman on September 11, 1968. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 16, 2010 at St. Paul Church in Napoleon, MO. Burial in Buckner Hill Cemetery, Buckner, MO. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, August 15 at St. Paul Church. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
