Naomi Rolfe

Naomi June Rolfe, 13 of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO from medical complications.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Ralph O Jones Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the family in care of Jessica Sherwood for a charity to be chosen at a later date. Naomi was born on May 29, 2012, in Independence, MO to James Elias Rolfe and Jessica Renea Sherwood. She attended Odessa Middle School and was in the eighth grade. Naomi loved attending church with her friends and was a firm believer in Jesus. She was a past band member and was looking forward to joining band as a freshman. Naomi loved her family and friends. She loved art and excelled at portrait drawing. Naomi loved music and was always helping others. Her life was short, but her spirit will live on in everyone she touched with her kind and loving spirit.

Naomi is survived by her mother and stepfather, Jessica Sherwood and Jason Logsdon of Odessa, MO; her father, James Elias Rolfe of Independence, MO; three sisters, Rebecka Farage, Raven Farage, and April Farage, all of Odessa, MO; two brothers, Marcus Rolfe of Independence, MO, and Landon Logsdon of Odessa, MO; a niece, Ophelia Farage, and a nephew, Brent Farage, III; godfather Jeff Farage; aunts Rebecca Sherwood, Katrina Rolfe Transue, and Emily Rolfe; cousins Foster Transue, Avery Rolfe-Marlow, and Luna Rolfe-Marlow, and maternal grandmothers, Velicia Tenkate of Pasadena, Maryland, and Necie Sherwood; and paternal grandparents, Jon and Catherine Moeller of Independence, MO; and many other relatives and friends.

Naomi was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Mark Sherwood and her paternal grandfather, James Richard Rolfe.
