Lester “Meatloaf” Eugene Huffman, 76, of Lexington, Missouri passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Riverbend Heights in Lexington, Missouri surrounded by loved ones.

Meatloaf was born on December 3, 1948, in Lexington, Missouri to Alfred Huffman and Jessie May (Barker) Thompson. For his entire career, he dedicated himself to IG Construction as a salesman in the construction industry. He found joy in riding in his truck around town, stopping to visit friends, and listening to old-time country music. He was a frequenter of local bars, where he shared stories and laughter.
Meatloaf is survived by his special friend, Glenda Bowles of Lexington, MO; a nephew, Chris Huffman, Sr.; one brother, Alfred Lee Huffman, Jr.; and many nieces nephews, relatives and friends.
Along with both his parents, Meatloaf was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Wilson; four brother, Larry Huffman, James Huffman, R.C. Wilson, Sr. and Bobby Wilson, Sr.
