Lawrence "Larry" Raymond Zeller,73, of Lexington Missouri was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully at his home in Lexington, Missouri, on June 7, 2026. Born on August 22, 1952, in Lexington, to Edward & Edith (Mullarkey) Zeller. Larry’s journey through life was marked by an unwavering kindness, a warm sense of humor, and a remarkable ability to make everyone feel like a friend.

A proud graduate of Lexington High School’s Class of 1971, Larry carried the values and spirit of his hometown with him throughout his life. He served honorably in the Army National Guard, a testament to his dedication and love for his country. His career was one of diligent work and commitment, including significant roles at General Motors, MODOT, and at Lake City Ammunition Plant, where he earned the respect and admiration of colleagues and community alike.

Larry married the love of his life Rhonda Littlejohn in Lexington, Missouri on October 16, 1976 and although they later divorced. Rhonda and Larry have remained lifelong friends and support each other throughout their lives.

Larry’s passions reflected a life well-lived. An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in hunting and fishing, embracing nature’s tranquility and challenge. His love for cars and Harley Davidson motorcycles was evident to all who knew him, mirroring his spirited and adventurous nature. Family and friends often gathered around to enjoy his culinary talents; Larry was renowned for being a great cook and an amazing barbecue maestro—his meals were not just food, but expressions of love and hospitality.

Yet perhaps his proudest accomplishments were as a loving father and grandfather. Larry’s daughter, Valorie, and granddaughter, Payten, were the center of his world. His legacy lives on in their hearts, and through them, his laughter, his stories, and his enduring kindness will continue.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Edith Zeller, his four brothers Edward, Robert, Donny, and David.

He is survived by his daughter Valorie & Adam Brock, Granddaughter Payten Brock, Brother Johnny & Rene Zeller, and 2 sisters Mary Kay and Dale Schoonover and Patty Hoskins, and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
