Hazel Marie Humphery

Hazel Marie Humphery, 69, of Independence, MO passed away Monday, November 14, 2011 at her home. Born October 13, 1942 in Wellington, MO to Clarence A. and Mary Meier Johnson. Married Ted Humphery in 1961. She was a life-long care giver. Hazel is survived by three children: Rick Owens (Sheila), Scott Humphery (Stacey), and Lisa Chiplet, all of Independence, MO., brother, Dale A. Johnson (Angie), and 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Ted. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 17, 2011 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home in Lexington, MO., with burial in Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington. Visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, prior to the service.
