Gregory Scott Duncan

March 6, 1968 — February 10, 2024

Gregory “Greg” Scott Duncan, 55, of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at home surrounded by family.

Greg was born on March 6, 1968, in Kansas City, MO to Roy and Rosalie (Stigall) Duncan.  He graduated in 1986 from Lexington High School in Lexington, MO.   Greg worked for 21 years as an iron worker and most recently for Ford Motor Company for 10 years and was a Team Lead on the chassis line.  He was a member of the Iron Workers Local 10, the UAW Local 249 and the Ford Motorcycle Committee in Kansas City.  In September of 1989 Greg was united in marriage to Paula Rae Bryant in Lexington.   He was a member of the First Baptist Church.  In addition to spending time with family and friends, Greg loved riding his motorcycles, fishing, he was an avid Chiefs Football fan, and was an extremely talented artist.  Greg was so talented in art and drawing he was given a full scholarship to an art school in Texas. 

 

Greg is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Paula Duncan of Lexington, MO; a stepson, Derrick Dean Johnson and wife Jessi of Lexington, MO; two daughters, Hannah Marie Duncan and companion Chad Lee Martin of Denver, Colorado and Shelby Nicole Duncan and companion Nathan Leonard Collins of Oak Grove, MO.

 

Five grandchildren, Cruz Dean Johnson, Kenzie Ann Johnson, Kaizer Brentley Johnson, Kannon Alexander Collins, and Gwen Parker Collins; and many relatives and friends.  

 

His very loyal sidekick and companion, LullaBelle. 

 

In addition to his parents, Greg was preceded in death by a brother Jeffery Allen Duncan.
