Faith Louise (Romans) Shobe, 59, of Odessa, Missouri, passed away January 31, 2023, at her home surrounded by loved ones.

 

Faith’s family will host a Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 P.M to 5:00 P.M, Sunday, March 19, 2023, at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church fellowship hall, 12507 Mt. Tabor Rd., Odessa, MO, 64076. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society or Midwest Transplant Network. Faith was born on March 19, 1963, in Normandy, Missouri to Kenneth Romans; Karengene (Eberhardt) and Gerald Gray. She graduated in 1981 from Odessa High School in Odessa, Missouri.  Faith received her associates degree from Metropolitan Community College.   On July 29, 1989, Faith was united in marriage to Edward “Ed” Shobe in Higginsville, MO.  Faith was a homemaker, she enjoyed taking care of her home and family.  In addition to spending time with family and friends, Faith enjoyed crafting, genealogy, and cooking. 

 

Faith is survived by her husband, Ed Shobe of Odessa, MO; four children, Hope Johnson of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Zachary I.E. Shobe and fiancé Amanda Lesley of Odessa, MO; Robin Shobe and fiancé Benjamin LeMaster of Aurora, Colorado and Bobbi Jo of Independence, MO; thirteen grandchildren, Andrew, Haley, Jordan, Zymirah, Kaleb, Leyla, Lukas, Izabelle, Colt, Gabriel, Peyton, Ely and a soon to be grandson, Liam; one great grandchild, Bailey; two sisters, Kristy Barker and husband Jeff of Mayview, MO and Dawn Romans of Blue Springs, MO; four brothers, Keith Romans and wife Lucila of North Carolina, Kevin Romans of Liberty, MO; Scott Romans of Higginsville, MO and Junior Gray of Mayview, MO; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.   

 

Faith was preceded in death by her parents.
