Eddie was born June 14, 1965 in Gilroy, California to Emmett Stapleton, Jr. and Katherine (Karras) Casdorph. He worked in landscaping and was a tree trimmer. Eddie enjoyed poker runs, fishing, hunting and Harley Davidsons.
Survivors include his daughter, Alexis Marie Stapleton of Independence; sisters, Sylvia Stapleton, Christy Rasa, Lorretta Stapleton, Kim Stapleton and Lisa Brockert: brothers, Ronnie Williams, John Williams and Emmett Williams; special friend Claudus Mallot; step father, Fred Casdorph; and many nieces and nephews Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Emmett Stapleton, Jr. and Katherine Casdorph; step brother, Scott Casdorph; and grandparents.
