Doris Mae Reibsamen

December 27, 1938 — January 31, 2019

Doris Mae (Patton) Reibsamen peacefully passed away on Thurs, January 31st 2019 at the Titonka Care Center in Titonka, IA. Born December 27th 1938 in Vibbard, Mo. to Thomas and Dora Patton, Doris grew up and attended school in the Wellington/Napoleon area. She worked for Southwestern Bell in Kansas City as an operator for a while before being transferred to Wichita Kansas in the 70s. Doris later moved to Cowley County Kansas where she raised her family and worked as a certified medication aide for years. She met Roger David Reibsamen and the two were married January 3rd 1993. Later the couple moved to Titonka, IA where she lived the remainder of her life.
Doris leaves behind her husband Roger Reibsamen of Titonka Iowa, daughter Tawni Spencer and husband Dale of Mulvane Kansas, son DeWayne Mansell of Wichita Kansas, son James Anthony (Tony) Mansell of Wichita Kansas, son Jack Mansell and wife Shauna of Kansas City Missouri, step children David Reibsamen of Mason City Iowa, Lynda Dwyer and husband Steve of Norwood Colorado, Tim Reibsamen of Algona Iowa, Chris Reibsamen of Mason City Iowa, Debra (Reibsamen) Saville of Titonka Iowa, 29 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Doris also leaves 3 brothers Harold Dean Patton of Salinas California, Daniel Vester Patton of Winfield Kansas and Ron Patton and wife Darla of Dexter, Kansas; and 3 sisters Glenda Fischer of Corder Missouri, Brenda Peterson of Lexington Missouri, and Linda Patton of Dexter Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers Donald, Grandville (Lester), Thomas, and John (Jay), 2 sisters Rebecca Huffman and Kay Waymier, 3 grandsons Christopher Mansell, Thomas Jerome Dwyer, and Patrick James Severson, and 4 granddaughters Amber Burgess, Lindsey Reibsamen, Sabrina Ann Reibsamen, and Marie Barber.
