Doris Jean Epperly

Doris Jean Epperly, 75, of Lexington, MO passed away Monday, January 10, 2011 at her home. Doris Jean Alliett was born March 30, 1935 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Charles and Florence Classen Alliett. She married Charles �Tiny� Epperly on June 7, 1970 in Lexington. Doris was an operator for Bell Telephone Co. for 12 years. Mrs. Epperly is survived by her husband, Charles, of the home. A daughter, Deborah Boone, Lexington. A brother, Charles R. Alliett, Blue Springs, MO. Three sisters: Deloris Peter and Aileen Cozart both of Wichita, KS and Ruby Leighton of Topeka, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Terence D. Boone; and a sister, Diana Lyles. There are 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Cremation. No services are planned at this time. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society in Doris memory.
