Clarence “Dale” Terrill, 80 of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024, at home surrounded by his loving family.

 Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Greenton Baptist Church, 9345 Greenton Rd., Odessa, MO, 64076. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the church. Interment with military honors will be at the Greenton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Beacon of Hope Hospice. Memories of Dale and condolences for his family may be left at www.LedfordFamilyFH.com or on our Facebook Page.  Dale was born on August 25, 1944, in Marshall, Arkansas to Steven and Edith (Adams) Terrill. He graduated from Marshall High School in Marshall, Arkansas. Dale was a Veteran of the United State Army and earned the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. On November 1, 1968, Dale was united in marriage to Barbara Gruber at the Tomahawk Baptist Church in St. Joe, AR. Dale retired in 1999 from General Motors Fairfax Plant in Kansas City, KS after 30 plus years of service. He was a member of Greenton Baptist Church and U.A.W. Local 31. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Dale enjoyed gardening, working on cars, and fishing.

 Dale is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Barbara Terrill of Odessa, MO; two children, Charles Terrill of Odessa, MO and Tammy (Shane) Jumet of Odessa, MO; three grandchildren, Douglas (Emily) Murray, Steven (Samantha) Murray, and Hannah Terrill; seven great-grandchildren, Brayden Schweinfurth, Lincoln Johnson, Ronnie Murray, Lyndy Murray, Mason Murray, Sutton Murray, and Joseph Dale Murray; one brother, Ricky (Rita) Terrill of Arkansas; one sister-in-law, Faye Terrill of Arkansas; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. 

 In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by three brothers, Bill Terrill, Lee Terrill, and James Terrill; and a sister, Joetta Terrill.
