Christopher Ryland Hough

Christopher Ryland Hough, 62 of Lexington, Missouri, passed away Monday, December 4, 2023, at Riverbend Health and Rehabilitation in Lexington. 

The visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, 1720 S. St., Lexington, MO, 64067.  A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 9, 2023, at the funeral home.  Interment will be at Wellington City Cemetery in Wellington, MO.  Memorials are suggested to Wellington United Methodist Church.  Memories of Christopher and condolences for his family may be left at www.LedfordFAmilyFH.com or on our Facebook Page. 

Christopher was born on June 5, 1961, in Richmond, MO to Caius Tastus Ryland and Lois Jean Hough.  He graduated from Wellington-Napoleon High School in 1979.  After high school Christopher attended a meat cutting trade school in Toledo, Ohio.  After completing trade school, he came home and began working for Bob’s IGA as a Meat Cutter and then for Nadler’s Meats in Wellington.  Christopher retired from Wal-Mart after 28 years of service as a Sales Associate.  Christopher was united in marriage to Janice Hough on March 23, 1988, in Maysville, MO.  She preceded him in death on June 6, 2023.  He was a member of the Wellington United Methodist Church and the NRA.  Christopher volunteered as a Boy Scout Leader in Lexington.  In addition to spending time with family and friends, Christopher enjoyed traveling. 

Christopher is survived by two brothers, Kerry Hough of Wellington, MO and Steve Hough (Rose Jones) of Lexington, MO; two stepchildren, Randall Edger of Lexington and Michelle Cameron (Kyle) of Eldorado Springs, MO; one grandchild, Thomas Johnson; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. 

In addition to his parents, Christopher was preceded in death by his wife.
