Charles Edwin O'Donnell

Charles Edwin "Chuck" O'Donnell, 58, of Lexington passed away January 29, 2022 at Overland Park Regional Hospital. Visitation will be Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Friday, February 4, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Chuck was born February 6, 1963 in Richmond to Charles and Marilyn (O'Niel) O'Donnell. He graduated from Lexington High School in 1981. On September 11, 1981 he married Ruth Garner. They were members of Lexington First Baptist Church. He has worked for Wincup in Higginsville since May 1981. Chuck loved sports, especially Chiefs football! He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing and canoeing.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth, of the home; children, Aaron O'Donnell and wife Melodye of Lexington, Megan O'Donnell of Lexington and Chelsea Dunk and husband Luke of Adamsville, Texas; grandchildren, Addison Smith and Azalie Dunk; and sisters, Carmen Stark and husband Dwayne of Lexington and Barbara Hankins and husband Roy of Lexington.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Shawn O'Donnell.
