Pauline C. Haley passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018 surrounded by her family in Richmond, MO. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at the Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington. Burial will be at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO. Memorials may be made to the family.

Pauline Cora Delaney was born on December 21, 1929 to Osa and Rachel Delaney in Kansas City, MO. Pauline had been a homemaker all her life. She married Romie Alex Haley, Sr. on May 9, 1952. He preceded her in death on March 15, 2005. Pauline loved to play cards and Yahtzee and enjoyed going to the Casino and loved being with her family.

Survivors include two sons, Alvie Merritt and his wife, Yi, Kansas City, MO Romie A. Haley, Jr. and wife Kitty, Hardin, MO. There are 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Also surviving are two brothers, Gibbs Delaney, Lake of the Ozarks, Jess Delaney, Minnesota, two sisters, Nancy Tripp, Stockton, MO; and Jane Krashin, Lake of the Ozarks. She was precedced in death by her parents, her daughter Claudia Ruth Merritt, 1 great granddaughter, three brothers, James, Kenneth, William, and a sister Doris Haley.
