HARMON JUNIOR "TUDOR" RAY
Harmon Ray, 80, of Dover, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at his home. Memorial services will be Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 11:00am at Lexington First Baptist Church. Visitation will also be at the church from 10:00 to 11:00. Inurnment will be in Lexington Memory Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Lexington First Baptist Church.
Harmon was born June 27, 1937 in Kansas City, Missouri to Harmon Monroe and Elsie Marie (Skaggs) Ray. He married Sandra Webster on May 28, 1960 in Wellington, Missouri. He served in the US Army from 1955 to 1958. Harmon worked in small appliance repair and heating and cooling. He owned and operated Ray's Appliance Service in Chillicothe, Missouri before moving to Dover. Harmon was a member of the Lexington First Baptist Church.
Harmon is survived by his wife Sandra, of the home; two children, Teresa Miller and husband Ron, of Tonganoxie, Kansas and Terry Ray of Higginsville, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, James Henry Ray and son, Timothy Ray.
