Bonnie Jean Walquist

Bonnie Jean Walquist, 86, of Lexington passed away February 16, 2020 at Lafayette Regional Hospital in Lexington. Visitation will be Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 1:00 until 3:00 pm at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington. Inurnment will be in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at a later date. Bonnie was born September 8, 1933 in Corder to Basil and Martha (Lloyd) Schaller. She married Robert Walquist July 27, 1950 in Lexington. He preceded her in death November 5, 2017. Bonnie was a member of Lexington First Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, bird watching and traveling the countryside.



Survivors include her daughters, Roxann Coen of Lexington and Tammy Harrison and husband Mike of Lexington; grandchildren, Josh Coen and wife Jennifer of Lexington, Lindsay Butler and husband Keith of Bolivar, Missouri and Mallory Harrison of Higginsville: great grandchildren, Stephen Coen, Tucker Herbst, Ava Herbst, Gracelyn Coen, Jase Coen, Peyton Butler and Saige Butler; and sister Patricia Bell of Lexington.



Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brothers, Donald Schaller, Duane Schaller and Dale Schaller; and sisters, Viola Clouse, Shirley Lampton and Audrey Douglas.
