Billy Franklyn Fleming, 83, of Lexington passed away August 2, 2019 at his home. Cremation has been entrusted to Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home. Memories and condolences may be left at www.ledfordfamilyfh.com.
Billy was born August 19, 1935 in Pattonsburg, Missouri to Mitchell and Ruby (Garrison) Fleming. He retired from the United States Army as a Staff Sargent and then retired after 20 plus years with the Water District in Pattonsburg. He married Judith Dike March 20, 1973.
Billy is survived by his children Charles Dike of Savannah, Missouri, Timothy Dike of Plattsburg, Laura Noel and husband Danny of Pattonsburg and Maureen Daniel and husband Kevin of Lee’s Summit ; sisters, Retha Gray and husband Jack of Arizona and Kay Pennington of Liberty; seven grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Daniel Dike; and his brother, Bobby Fleming.
